Shipping Information

USPS is our designated shipping account. Most in stock items ship with 1-2 business days. Occasionally items may be backordered or out of stock. We do not ship on Sundays or US holidays.

Shipping and Handling Charges

We offer USPS First Class, Priority or Express. There is a $1.50 handling fee per order. 

Refunds and Exchanges

All unused merchandise, with the exception of body care, undergarments, and sale items, may be returned at any time by mail or to our store within 30 days with receipt, with return authorization. Please contact us for return authorization. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.

The Herban Garden is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain tracking number for your records. 

Returns can be made in the store with return authorization and must be accompanied by an original packaging list. We refuse or limit returns without an original packaging list.

EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT  POLICIES

Most exchanges/store credits will process in approximately 2 weeks, depending on your method of exchange. A credit will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post several days after the processing date. 

Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card. 

GIFT CARDS & E GIFT CARDS

A gift card can be purchased in the store or online. Choose the denomination you would like to purchase and we can either provide it to you at the counter or we can mail it for you via USPS. The E-Gift Certificates are quick and easy to fill out and will automatically be sent via email to your loved one. To redeem a gift card in store, simply present it at check out.
